Welcome to Mysterious Soul. By using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms – written with love, clarity, and your best interests at heart.
Product Information
- All of our crystals are natural and may vary slightly in colour, shape, and size – that’s part of their beauty and uniqueness!
- Metaphysical properties are shared as spiritual and holistic guidance and are not intended as medical advice or substitutes for professional healthcare.
- We cleanse, intuitively pack, and charge all crystals before dispatch – with good vibes included!
Orders & Payments
- Orders are processed within 2–4 working days unless otherwise stated.
- We accept all major payment methods securely.
- All crystals are cleansed & charged before shipping. Your journey starts the moment your parcel arrives.
Shipping
- We currently ship within the UK (and can offer international shipping upon request).
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct – we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address.
- We always do our best to ensure quick delivery, but once your parcel is with the courier, delays may be out of our control.
Intuitive & Custom Items
- All intuitive picks and personalised sets are chosen with care and intention. Due to their nature, they are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
- If you’re unsure about what you need, we offer a crystal prescription service – just pop us a message!
Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your crystals and holistic tools as much as we do! But if something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll help:
Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Unfortunately, personalised items, intuitive picks, or used items (e.g., opened sprays, oils, etc.) can’t be returned.
To start a return, email us at info@mysterioussoul.co.uk with your order number and reason. You’ll be responsible for return postage.
Damaged or Missing Items:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
- We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund depending on availability.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We aim to make your experience smooth and sparkly. If you’re ever unsure, reach out — we’re always here to help.
